Analysis of the attempted DRC coup

The U.S. State Department yesterday condemned an attempted coup in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Paul Nantulya, from the Africa Center for Strategic Studies in Washington, tells VOA's Carol Van Dam the DRC is not a stable government, in part because of serious allegations of fraud in its 2018 election.
