UN: War in Sudan’s El Fasher is at ‘tipping point’
The Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs, Martin Griffiths, warned that Sudan is at a tipping point, amid more alarming reports from North Darfur’s capital, El Fasher. In a post on social media, Griffiths warned Sudan’s warring parties that their continued violence would put the lives of almost 800,000 people at risk.
