Uganda’s National Association of Broadcasters and Communications Commission meet to resolve their issues

Innocent Nahabwe, chairman of Uganda’s National Association of Broadcasters, says an agreement was reached following a meeting to resolve tensions between members of the organization and officials of the Uganda Communications Commission. Nahabwe tells VOA's Peter Clottey that the meeting agreed that only messages from the president would be broadcast for free.
