New Egyptian paramilitary group appoints its leader

Egyptian businessman and Sinai militia leader Ibrahim al-Organi has been appointed head of a new paramilitary entity called the Arab Tribes Union. Said Sadek, a professor of political sociology at Egypt Japan University, explains to VOA's Mohamed Elshinnawi why the announcement led many Egyptians on social media to fear a repeat of the paramilitary conflict in Sudan.
