Mauritania’s opposition presidential candidate wants to resolve problems

A member of the presidential team of Mauritania's, main opposition leader, Biram Dah Ould Abeid says he offers the best alternative to resolving the country's challenges. Bakary Tandian tells VOA's Peter Clottey that the opposition leader will win in spite of what he says is the president's power of incumbency.
