A security expert in Kenya is expressing concern about political decisions behind the country's acquisition of military equipment following the launch of an investigation into the helicopter crash that killed the country’s military chief, General Francis Ogolla and nine others. Retired Major General Charles Mwanzia in the Kenyan capital, Nairobi, spoke with VOA's Peter Clottey.
