Water Scarcity Plagues Malakal Residents on World Water Day [2:29]
Some Malakal residents say they drink untreated water directly from the River Nile because clean water is scarce in the Upper Nile state capital. The only clean water plant that supplied water to Malakal's residential areas for years was destroyed in the 2013 conflict. Authorities say they are lobbying for funds to repair it.
