In Ghana, fetish priests, once revered as spiritual intermediaries and healers, are facing questions about their relevance in modern times. Traditionally seen as the bridge between the physical and spiritual realms, these priests commanded significant respect in the large Akan tribe. Nana Manu from the Fumesua community is a fetish priest. He shares his story about whether fetish priests still hold their status in contemporary society.
