Russian Foreign Policy in Africa Mirrors Colonial Past
Russian influence has been growing across Africa in recent years, as the country seeks more resources and allies. Some analysts say Moscow’s military, diplomatic, and economic interest in Africa is not any different than it was in the Cold War years.
