US Senate Won’t Vote on Ukraine Aid in 2023
Unites States lawmakers broke for the holidays without reaching a deal on border security funding in exchange for Republican votes to send almost $60 billion in aid to Ukraine. Negotiations are expected to continue into the new year. VOA’s congressional correspondent Katherine Gypson reports.
