Analyst Questions Diplomat's Call for Students to Join Ruling SPLM

A South Sudanese analyst has criticized a recent move by the South Sudanese embassy in India asking students to subscribe to the SPLM party led by President Salva Kiir. The spokesperson of the South Sudan’s Foreign Affairs said the ministry is not aware of a letter asking students to join the Sudan People's Liberation Movement. Manyang David Mayar has more from Juba.
