Eswatini Votes For Parliament Amid Skepticism
update
The people of Eswatini, formerly Swaziland, are voting Thursday in parliamentary elections that critics say are not democratic because candidates associated with political parties are banned from participating. Members of parliament play only an advisory role to King Mswati III. The King explained the Eswatini democratic system during his speech to the just concluded 78th United Nations General Assembly in New York.
