Egypt’s Concerns Mount Over Nile River Dam Construction
Egypt's Foreign Minister, Hassan Shawki, says there is friction between Cairo and Addis Ababa over the continuing construction of the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam. Shawki told VOA's Peter Clottey that the dialogue with Ethiopia to resolve Egypt’s concerns about the use of the Nile River is not meeting expectations.
