Analyst: Russia Making ‘Tremendous’ Disinformation Gains in Africa
Russia is making "tremendous" gains in its disinformation propaganda in Africa says Dan Whitman, a fellow at the Foreign Policy Research Institute in the U.S. state of Philadelphia. In an interview with VOA’s Ignatius Annor, Whitman described Moscow’s disinformation campaign as the “most rapid propaganda successes in the history of propaganda.” He said the Kremlin is riding on the wave of political instability happening across the continent to its benefit.
