Africa 54: Dozens of Senegalese Migrants Drown , ECOWAS Talks Military Intervention In Niger
More than 60 people are feared dead after a boat carrying mostly Senegalese migrants capsizes off the coast of Cape Verde. Military chiefs from ECOWAS are meeting in Ghana to discuss a potential military intervention in response to the coup in Niger.
