WHO: Cholera Outbreaks on the Rise

The World Health Organization says cholera outbreaks are on the rise globally this year, with the most affected region being Africa. WHO incident manager for Africa, Patrick Otim, told VOA's Carol Van Dam though the simultaneous outbreaks, which the health agency calls "very high" risk, there is some good news for some African countries in its latest report.
