US President Joe Biden Comments on NATO Summit
U.S. President Joe Biden declared enthusiasm over the agreement for Sweden to join the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, NATO, ahead of the bloc's summit in Vilnius, Lithuania. Biden described the summit as a "historic moment," also saying that the United States agrees with a proposal, that has yet to be released publicly, regarding an outline for a path for Ukraine’s possible membership into the defense alliance.
