Congolese President Denis Sassou Nguesso says he believes that Africa cannot "remain silent" in the face of the conflict in Ukraine, as African leaders prepare to meet in Kiev and Moscow for mediation talks. Former U.S. President Donald Trump will be arraigned Tuesday afternoon in his home state of Florida on charges stemming from his alleged mishandling of classified national security documents after he left the White House in 2021.
