A senior official with the United Nations refugee agency, UNHCR, is calling on the government of South Sudan and the international community to avert what he calls a ‘’catastrophe’’ as the ongoing conflict in Sudan continues to force South Sudanese returnees and Sudanese refugees into South Sudan.
