Unpacking Sudan's Crisis, and the Way Forward
Many diplomats have been evacuated from Sudan, but hundreds of thousands of civilians remain trapped in the capital Khartoum, where two generals from the country’s most powerful military factions have waged a bloody battle for control. In Washington on Wednesday, several Sudan experts including former ambassadors and advisors were brought together by the American think tank, the Atlantic Council, to unpack the Sudan crisis and talk about what comes next.
