Africa News Tonight: Yesterday was a day of national mourning in the Democratic Republic of Congo.- Local authorities say over 400 bodies have been found and more than 4,300 people are still missing in floods in Kalehe, in South Kivu province, in the east of the country. There are growing concerns that the African Union won’t have the funding necessary to intervene in multiple crises facing the continent in the near future. And, the International Organization for Migration reports the number of people forcibly displaced by fighting in Sudan has more than doubled in just one week.
