Sudan Leaders Begin Talks to Unify Armed Forces [2:52]

Sudanese civilian and military leaders kicked off a conference in Khartoum Sunday to discuss strategy for reintegrating all armed groups into one, unified army. Military leader Abdul Fattah al Burhan reiterated the military’s commitment to security reform, including the reintegration of the armed forces, saying it’s key to realizing true democracy in Sudan.
