Ethiopia Should Account for Atrocities: Analyst

Global watchdog Human Rights Watch is calling on U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken to take a tough position against Ethiopian authorities during his trip to Africa by pushing them to account for alleged human rights violations and atrocities committed during the two-year civil war.
