In Zimbabwe, people are breathing new life into old dollars as a way to survive amid the financial onslaught. Paul Ndiho will have more; Some 93.4 million people have registered to vote in Nigeria's upcoming presidential and parliamentary elections. David Doyle will have a report on the main issues as Africa's most populous country heads to the ballot boxes; And, Diphtheria is a severe bacterial infection affecting the nose and throat, with only 7,097 cases reported worldwide in 2016, according to the World Health Organization (WHO). Recently, however, Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) has reported 216 cases and 40 deaths, including children. Dr. Abdullahi Isa, an epidemiologist in Kano State, will provide further details.
