For years, former prisoner Rodney Stotts said he was living a dead-end life until he began teaching young people about birds of prey and the importance of protecting the environment. Today, he is one of only a couple dozen Black master falconers in the U.S. where his license allows him to work with hawks, falcons, owls, eagles and ospreys. VOA's Maxim Moskalkov caught up with Stotts in Laurel, Maryland.
