Floating Solar Panels Heating up North America
Solar panels have mushroomed on rooftops and on the ground in many parts of the world. But they also can be placed on bodies of water. VOA’s chief national correspondent Steve Herman reports that the floating solar technology has taken off on a large scale in Asia and Europe and is now beginning to heat up in North America.
