The International Rescue Committee (IRC) has launched a response to mitigate the Ebola outbreak in Uganda. As of Sunday, the East African nation had confirmed 48 cases, 17 deaths and 14 recoveries. For more, VOA’s Carol Van Dam spoke with Elijah Okeyo, IRC country director in Uganda.
