African Philanthropy Signs $20 Million Agreement to Empower Youth

The founder of the Tony Elumelu Foundation says the non-profit international organization signed a $20 million agreement with the U.S. African Development Foundation (USADF) to empower African entrepreneurs. On the sidelines of U.N. General Assembly, VOA's Peter Clottey spoke to Tony Elumelu.
