Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed's spokesperson, Billene Seyoum, said on Thursday that the government is dealing with "illegally armed" Tigray rebels that refuse "to accept peace talks." The rebels on Wednesday accused the government of provoking its forces.
