Detained Tigrayan Civilians in Ethiopia Recall Abuse

Rights groups say Ethiopian authorities arbitrarily detained thousands of Tigrayans in the capital, Addis Ababa, after war broke out between the federal government and Tigrayan forces. VOA spoke to recently released Tigrayans about what they experienced. Henry Wilkins reports from Addis Ababa.
