Authorities in Eastern Equatoria State say cattle herders attacked and killed several people on Wednesday; Police in the Jonglei capital Bor have arrested at least five students from Doctor John Garang Memorial University of Science and Technology following this week’s strike that shut down operations at the university; South Sudan’s justice minister, Ruben Madol Arol, is calling for expediting the constitutional amendment process in order to provide appropriate legal environment for national decisions before the transitional period elapses in a year's time
