Medical workers at Al Sabah children’s hospital in the South Sudanese capital Juba say they are strained after dozens of interns went on strike demanding transport and feeding allowances. Patients at the hospital say they must now wait for a long time before getting medical attention; Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch have called on Sudan’s military leaders to immediately release all civilians detained when the military took power on October 25, and, over the past two weeks; The Sudanese Teachers Association is calling on Sudan's military rulers to observe the rule of law and protect all teachers from rights violations. This after police arrested and detained more than 70 teachers in Khartoum on Sunday
