Sierra Leone Abolishes Death Penalty

Sierra Leone's president Julius Bio signed into law a bill abolishing the death penalty. For Daybreak Africa VOA's James Butty spoke to Sierra Leone’s information minister Mohamed Swaray who says the abolition of the death penalty further cements president Bio’s credentials as a reformist leader.
