UNSC Refers Nile Dam Dispute to AU

The UN Security Council decided Thursday that the dispute between Ethiopia and Sudan and Egypt over the filling and operation of the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam should be returned to the negotiation table under the auspices of the African Union.
