Report: Political Elite Control Zimbabwe's Minerals

A report by Zimbabwe’s leading academics says the ruling elite and private companies are controlling mineral resources. For Africa News Tonight, Darren Taylor spoke to Farai Maguwu, director of the Centre for Natural Resource Governance, who said some companies were given mining privileges unlawfully.
