Nigeria Again Tightens COVID-19 Restrictions

Calling it "Phase 4," Nigeria has re-instituted tight restrictions to mitigate the risk of a new surge in COVID-19 cases. For Daybreak Africa, VOA's James Butty spoke to Dr. Mukhtar Mohammed, who is leading the national response, about how bars and night clubs will remain closed and restaurants will have seating at 50 percent.
