Ivory Coast President Bans Ministers From Using Sirens

Ivory Coast President Alassane Ouattara banned the use of sirens by government ministers, calling them a “nuisance.” For Daybreak Africa, VOA's James Butty spoke to information minister Amadou Coulibaly who said that that if ministers are sounding sirens to beat the traffic, they should get up earlier.
