Tanzania's New Vice President Takes Office

Tanzania Finance Minister Philip Mpango took office as vice president following his nomination by President Samia Suluhu Hassan and parliament’s approval. For Daybreak Africa, VOA’s James Butty spoke to rights activist Onesmo Olengurumwa who hopes the new administration will be more progressive.
