Nigeria Rights Groups Demand Widening of Child Rape Laws

A coalition of civil society groups in Nigeria’s Adamawa State wants a law mandating surgical castration for child rapists. For Nightline Africa, VOA’s Peter Clottey spoke with rights activist Lubna Dodo who says the demand comes after neighboring Kaduna State passed child rapist legislation.
