Basketball Officials Talk Season 4 of BAL and its Impact on Africa

Authorities under the African branch of the U.S.’s National Basketball Association, NBA Africa, and the Basketball Africa League, BAL, say the annual premier basketball tournament hosted across the continent is giving African players “opportunities to develop from grassroots all the way to professional level without having to leave the country or continent.”
