Activists call on Uganda’s government to respect human rights

The executive director of the Foundation for Human Rights Initiative says the latest US human rights report should be a wake-up call to Uganda’s government to increase efforts to respect human rights in the East African country. VOA's Peter Clottey spoke with Livingstone Ssewanyana in Kampala.
