Nightline Africa: Zambia's finance minister rates highly the economic relationship between the administrations in Lusaka and Washington. The leader of the opposition Popular Democratic Movement (PDM) has petitioned the Electoral Commission of Namibia to terminate the contract with the company selected to print voting materials to be used in the coming general election.
