Zimbabweans in suburbs such as Glen Norah on the outskirts of the capital, Harare, are expressing frustration with the southern African nation’s 2023 general elections . This, after the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission, ZEC, was pushed to extend voting by another 24 hours due to the opening of some polling stations at 2am after the late delivery of ballot papers.
