Debt cancelation has been a recurring plea from many African leaders attending the United Nations General Assembly underway in New York.
On the sidelines of UNGA, Zimbabwe's Finance Minister Mthuli Ncube told VOA's Marvellous Mhlanga Nyahuye that sovereign debt prevents countries from delivering on social services.
