Zambian lawmaker discusses UN report on civil rights in his country

In Zambia, Stephen Kampyongo, a leading lawmaker from the Patriotic Front (PF), says the recent press statement by U.N. experts about the decline in freedom of speech, assembly and the democratic space is a true reflection of matters on the ground. Kampyongo tells VOA's Peter Clottey that the concerns expressed by the U.N. experts are legitimate.
