Situmbeko Musokotwane, Zambia's finance minister, told VOA’s Peter Clottey that he applauds the economic relationship between Lusaka and Washington. He also says the Lobito Corridor rail project, which includes a new rail line from Zambia to the Port of Lobito in Angola, will serve as a significant boost to Zambia's economy.
