Zambia's president, Hakainde Hichilema, has appointed Silumesis Muchula as the acting director general of the Anti-Corruption Commission. For Nightline Africa, Peter Clottey spoke to Nalucha Nganga, the country director for Action Aid, who criticized Muchula' appointment.
