Several world leaders, among them U.S. President Joe Biden and U.N Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, Monday, opened the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly. They highlighted addressing global atrocities, among them food insecurity and climate change, quoting examples of recent floods in Libya and an earthquake in Morocco.
