Voting Extended in Zimbabwe Amid Ballot Delays

Authorities in Zimbabwe have extended voting by a day until Thursday. This, after voters in some districts waited for hours to cast their ballots due to a delay in the distribution of ballot papers. The main opposition Citizens Coalition for Change alleges that the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission targeted opposition strongholds like Bulawayo and Harare to suppress votes.
