Vote Counting Underway in Niger's Runoff Election

Niger continues to count votes Monday following an election expected to bring the nation's first democratic transition of power. For Daybreak Africa, VOA's James Butty spoke to reporter Abdou Razark who said voting day was dampened by the death of seven poll workers whose vehicle struck a landmine.
